We are so pleased that you have decided to visit Sonoma State University for the AIS 2022 conference. Sonoma County is renowned as one of California's top food and wine destinations, home to wineries ranging from farms to estate. Our regional parks are a jewel of the county, you can hike among towering redwoods, explore the Pacific coastline, or get to know local communities. 

Stay

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Double Tree Hotel in Rohnert Park, four miles away from SSU. Rooms are available at a discounted group rate from November 8  to November 12, 2022. Room reservations may be made directly through the hotel's website, or by calling 707-584-5466. When calling be sure to mention the AIS conference to ensure your discounted group rate. 

Arrive

The Double Tree Hotel is serviced by the Sonoma County Airport Express, which run shuttle service from from SFO, OAK, and STS, directly at the hotel. There will be bus service from the Double Tree Hotel to SSU before the morning session starts, returning to the Double Tree Hotel after the last session of the day concludes.
